Cause

• Application is too heavy
• Flash-off times ignored
• Spraying distance is too short
• Fluid tip is too big
• Ambient temperature or object temperature is too low
  

Prevention

• Avoid over application of each coat, particularly with metallic Allow good flash off times
• Use the correct fluid tip, see technical data sheet

Remedies

• If the paint is not dry yet apply a final coat after a final flash-off time be aware of too much layer thickness. If paint is already dry sand it and re-spray it
