Application Troubleshooting: Flotation |

Cause
- Application is too heavy
- Flash-off times ignored
- Spraying distance is too short
- Fluid tip is too big
- Ambient temperature or object temperature is too low
Prevention
- Avoid over application of each coat, particularly with
metallic Allow good flash off times
- Use the correct fluid tip, see technical data sheet
Remedies
- If the paint is not dry yet apply a final coat after a
final flash-off time be aware of too much layer
thickness. If paint is already dry sand it and re-spray
it
