Application Troubleshooting: Dust inclusion |

Cause
- Dust particles were left on the substrate
- Air leaked into paint area
- Clothing creates dust
- Plastic parts are electrostatic and attract dust
Prevention
- Clean and degrease substrate
- Use a tack rag (non-silicone) just prior to the
application of the coating
Remedies
- Strip and clean or sand down and repaint |
