Akzo Nobel Aerospace Coatings believes in partnering with customers in the aerospace industry. ANAC promotes and strengthens these partnerships by offering a Global Training Program to employees of its industry partners.

The training program curriculum is based on a broad understanding of the paint-making process, from origination to completion. Coupled with interactive lab sessions and facility tours, knowledge gained at the program assures a comprehensive experience for anyone involved in the use or procurement of aerospace coatings.

The ANAC training program is customized to suit individual customer requirements. Modular training program topics include: Evolution of Aerospace Coatings, Material Handling & Safety, Coatings Formulation, Color, Manufacturing, Quality and Continuous Improvement, Technologies of the Future, and Spray Application. During the hands-on application sessions, participants apply primers and topcoats using a variety of spray equipment.

Participants in the Global Training Program find the knowledge gained to be a beneficial addition to their background and expertise. Past attendees have commended the unique opportunity to learn from industry professionals which, combined with the hands-on learning environment, results in a valuable educational experience.
